Short Description

A lightweight, append‑only task log with a clear timeline. It captures intent → action → evidence for each step, so progress, decisions, and handoffs stay auditable and easy to review.

Motivation
• Clarity: Show what was tried, why, and what happened.
• Reproducibility: Commands, links, and artifacts keep work repeatable.
• Decision trace: ADR‑light notes preserve context and trade‑offs.
• Handoff & async: Anyone can pick up from the latest event.
• Metrics: Tie effort to outcomes (latency, error rate, cost, etc.).
